Corona restriction will be relaxed until Eid

Restrictions on strict lockdown imposed by the government to prevent coronavirus infection in the country will be relaxed from July 15 (Thursday) to July 22. Later, strict restrictions will be issued again from July 23.

A notification in this regard will be issued by the Cabinet Division tomorrow. However, strict restrictions will be imposed again from July 23.

All government and private offices will be closed at this time. Considering the issue of Eid-ul-Azha, there will be some relaxation in the movement of cattle and people. Besides, all other restrictions will remain in force.

According to government sources, the decision was taken to relax the restrictions before Eid considering the livelihood of the working people. However, there are concerns about the current situation of coronavirus infection and death if the restrictions are relaxed.

Eid-ul-Azha will be held on July 21, which will be the Eid of the second sacrifice in the coronavirus epidemic. The government imposed strict bans on the country for a week from July 1 on the recommendation of the National Technical Advisory Committee on Covid-19, as the number of deaths and deaths from the highly contagious delta type of coronavirus continues to rise in the country. Later it was extended for another week.
