Interim government chief advisor Professor Dr. Muhammad Yunus emphasized on advancing relations with neighboring countries on the basis of equality and justice. Addressing the students of the anti-discrimination student movement, he said, ‘Bangladesh needs good relations with India. But that relationship will be based on fairness and equality.’
On the occasion of the completion of one month of the interim government, 150 student representatives who participated in the anti-discrimination student movement had an exchange of views with the Prime Minister on Sunday. There the chief adviser said this. This exchange of views was held at the office of the Chief Adviser located in Tejgaon of the capital.
Later, in a press briefing organized at the Foreign Service Academy, Mahfuz Alam, Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser, told reporters that in response to a question from the students, Dr. Muhammad Yunus.
