The Ministry of Public Administration has opened a new control room to coordinate activities with various ministries and departments during the restrictions from today to July 14 to prevent corona infection. An office order in this regard has been issued by the Ministry of Public Administration on Wednesday.
The order said, the welfare branch of the ministry has been set up to coordinate essential activities of various ministries and departments with the ministry of public administration during the restrictions and to inform the higher authorities about the same.
The order further said that Deputy Secretary of the Welfare Branch Mohammad Rafiqul Karim will inform the concerned officers and employees about their daily responsibilities. If there is any urgent need, he said, Abul Hasnat will inform Humayun Kabir. Administration-4 branch will provide overall cooperation in this regard.
A total of 21 officers and employees have been given charge of the control room from July 8 to 14. Those who have been given the responsibility have been instructed to perform this duty by appearing in the welfare branch of the Ministry of Public Administration.
