The contingent of the Bangladesh Armed Forces took part in a group parade of the Bangladesh Armed Forces to mark the 200th anniversary of Mexico’s independence.
Army Lieutenant Colonel. The smart parade contingent of the Bangladesh Armed Forces, comprising Army, Navy and Air Force led by Solomon, saluted the President of Mexico, who was present at the parade held in Mexico City on Thursday morning local time.
The Inter-Services Public Relations Directorate ISPR gave this information on Friday.
Among the 39-member contingent participating in the parade were two officers of Bangladesh Army, three JCOs, 21 including 16 of other ranks, one officer of Bangladesh Navy, one JCO, eight including six of other ranks, one officer of Bangladesh Air Force, one JCO, eight including six of other ranks and Armed Forces. There are two officers from the department. The Bangladesh Army has been given the overall responsibility for the event.
On September 10, a 39-member military contingent of the Bangladesh Army, Navy and Air Force went to Mexico at the invitation of the Mexican government to take part in a special parade marking the 200th anniversary of Mexico’s independence.
