Obaidul Quader, in response to the question of how successful he has been in performing the duties of the general secretary of Awami League for two terms, said, ‘I will learn from failure, where there are mistakes, we will try together in the future. It doesn’t matter who is in charge. I am not a perfect leader; I think it is impossible to be perfect. There will be mistakes. There are successes, there are also mistakes. He said, but we could not work for a year due to the epidemic. In this, my colleagues have cooperated and worked a lot. Our associate organization, the Metropolitan Awami League has worked. I think the golden jubilee celebrations of independence and Bangabandhu birth centenary celebrations are our biggest achievements. Everything else is routine work. This leader of Awami League thinks that for the first time in this term of the central committee, most conferences have been held at the upazila and grassroots level.
