In Brazil, a tourist-carrying plane has crashed in Barcelos, resulting in 14 fatalities.
On Saturday (September 16), the aircraft crashed during an attempt to land amid stormy weather conditions at the tourist hub of Barcelos, as confirmed by the city’s mayor.
Brazil’s Civil Defense has reported that the plane was carrying 12 tourists, one pilot, and one co-pilot, and none of them survived.
According to CNNA Brazil, the passengers were heading to Barcelos for recreational fishing. The accident occurred due to heavy rain and adverse weather conditions during the landing.
However, officials have not provided detailed information about the identities of the deceased.
