After attending the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly and other high-level bilateral meetings and events, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina arrived in the capital Washington DC from New York.
According to the news agency Buss, the Prime Minister reached Washington DC by road at 6 pm local time on Sunday.
On reaching Washington, Bangladesh Ambassador Muhammad Imran welcomed the Prime Minister.
Earlier at 12:30 pm, he left for Washington DC by car from New York at The Lotte, his tour residence in New York.
The Prime Minister will leave Washington DC for UK capital London on September 29 and stay in London till October 3.
After the tour, the Prime Minister will leave London for home country and is scheduled to reach Dhaka on October 4.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina arrived in New York on September 17 to attend the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly.
