Cricketers are coming and going to the country as the World Cup nears its end. Shakib Al Hasan, who has been ruled out of the World Cup due to a finger injury, is returning home for the rehabilitation process.
He will be accompanied by Liton Das.
He will return to India, however. Bangladesh will play their next match against Australia in Pune on November 11. Liton will join the team on the 9th. He had returned home for family reasons before the match against Sri Lanka.
He played the match later. Although Liton did not do very well, Bangladesh won their second win in the World Cup in the eighth match. Sri Lanka loses for the first time in the World Cup.
However, Shakib will have to stay out of the field for three to four weeks due to the finger injury he sustained in that match. Enamul Haque Bijoy is going to the World Cup as his replacement. Before the match against the Netherlands, Shakib had worked with his childhood coach Nazmul Abedin Fahim after returning home. This had created quite a discussion at the time.
