In the ongoing conflict, the Israeli military claims to have destroyed at least 130 tunnels in the Gaza Strip of Palestine. According to them, these tunnels were used by Hamas fighters.
In a Telegram post, the Israeli military stated, “Our military engineers are engaged in combat in Gaza. They are destroying enemy weapons. At the same time, they are identifying, opening, and destroying tunnels used by the enemy.”
In another post, the Israeli forces announced that a tunnel was destroyed in the area of Beit Hanoun in the northern-eastern part of Gaza. The tunnel was located near a school.
