Become an Entrepreneur Instead of Chasing a Job: CID Chief

Dhaka: Mohammad Ali Mia, Additional Inspector General of Police (CID), has said, “Be entrepreneurs instead of running behind jobs for the students. Build yourselves as honest and ideal individuals.”

He made these remarks during an event organized by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) at the CID headquarters on Saturday (November 18) to award scholarships and honors to the meritorious children of CID personnel.
During the event, the unveiling ceremony of the book ‘Riddh’ published by CID took place.

At the ceremony, scholarships, certificates, and honors were awarded to 40 students equivalent to HSC, 91 students equivalent to SSC, and five Hafiz students.

Mohammad Ali Mia said, “Our country’s students are very talented. They are going abroad with scholarships. We want you to study abroad and come back to the country. I believe that compared to abroad, there are more job opportunities in Bangladesh. Many young people in Bangladesh who are doing business are now earning a lot of money. I hope that the youth will contribute to the development of the country.”

At the event, D.I.G. (H.R.M and Dhaka Metro) M. Mainul Hasan, D.I.G. (Organized Crime) Kusum Dewan, D.I.G. (Chattogram and Sylhet) M. Habibur Rahman, D.I.G.
