Banglalink’s Income in the Third Quarter is 1588 Crore Taka

Banglalink’s revenue from the third quarter of the current year has increased by 15.1 percent. The company has achieved double-digit growth in six regions. The information was revealed at a press conference at Banglalink’s office in Gulshan on Tuesday.

Banglalink has stated that from July to September of the current year, its revenue has reached BDT 1,588 crore. In the third region, Banglalink’s income from mobile data has increased by 28 percent, and there has been a 31 percent annual growth in 4G users.

Banglalink has conveyed that customer engagement on the entertainment platform Toffee has also played a role in revenue growth. The number of Toffee users has increased by 72.2 percent compared to last year. In addition, the number of MyBill users has increased by 48 percent in the last year. Banglalink has a customer base of 4 crore 30 lakh across the country, with more than 15,000 towers.

Speaking at the press conference, Banglalink’s CEO Erik Aas said, “Banglalink has maintained continuous growth through various innovative services. Our position as a reliable operator with innovative digital services and the fastest 4G network nationwide has further strengthened our position.”

Also present at the press conference were Banglalink’s Chief Corporate and Regulatory Affairs Officer Taimur Rahman and Chief Financial Officer Jim Volpiçaoğlu.
