Train services, which had been suspended due to the violence surrounding the quota reform movement, have now resumed.
On Thursday (August 1), commuter trains began operating from Dhaka Railway Station to various destinations across the country.Dhaka Railway Station Master Shahadat Hossain reported that train services resumed at 7 AM on that day.He stated that commuter trains have departed from Dhaka for Joydebpur, Brahmanbaria, and Chattogram.
However, he mentioned that commuter trains from Dhaka to Narayanganj have not yet resumed.
