Kamala Harris formally accepted the party nomination at the Democratic Party’s national convention last Thursday. Shortly before that, his campaign chairwoman Jane O’Malley Dillon said in a document, ‘We have officially passed the $500 million fundraising mark.’
Dillon added, ‘After Kamala’s speech at the national conference, we see our best time in fundraising. Campaign group Kamala-Team Olaj (Running Mate) raised $540 million in the first month of fundraising. This is a record in the history of any election in the United States.’
