The Chief Advisor of the Interim Government wished peace, well-being and prosperity for the country, the nation and the Muslim Ummah as well as the people of the world. Muhammad Yunus. He wished this in a message given on the occasion of ‘Holy Eid Miladunnabi (PBUH)’ on Monday (September 15).
Dr. Yunus said, May Almighty Allah grant us all the grace to work for the welfare of the country, nation and humanity by following the noble ideals and Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) – Ameen.
He said, 12 Rabiul Awal or Eid Miladunnabi (PBUH) is a very holy and glorious day for the people of the world especially Muslims, which commemorates the birth and death of the greatest human being in the world, the emancipator of world humanity, the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH). On this occasion, I sincerely congratulate the Muslim Ummah of the world including Bangladesh.
He also said that Almighty Allah has sent Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) as ‘Rahmatullahil Alamin’ i.e. the mercy of the whole world for the guidance and salvation of the world. Allah Almighty says in the Holy Qur’an about the Prophet (PBUH), ‘O Prophet, I have sent you only as a mercy to the whole world’ (Surah Al-Ambia, verse: 107). Muhammad (pbuh) came with the great message of Tawheed.
Dr. Yunus said, he brought the message of eternal liberation, peace, progress and overall welfare of humanity by breaking the chain of all kinds of superstition, injustice, injustice, wickedness and slavery. He called the people of the world to come to the path of liberation and peace, ended the dark ages and lit the light of truth.
He said, in every field of human life, in every role, he has left indelible beautiful teachings and ideals for the world humanity, which will guide the people of every age and century as a way of liberation.
The Chief Adviser said, I believe that peace, justice and welfare of the world can be ensured only through following and worshiping the unique lifestyle of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), his universal teachings and Sunnah in today’s conflict-ridden world.
Dr. Yunus also said that the noble ideals and Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in religious and worldly life are the best, the best to follow and imitate for the people of the world, and therein lies the endless welfare, success and peace of Muslims.
