Messi will play in the PSG after the number 30 jersey.
PSG will hold an official press conference with Messi on Wednesday at 3 pm Bangladesh time.
PSG (Paris Saint-Germain) is the second club in Messi’s professional football career after Barcelona. Born in Rosario, Argentina, Messi joined Barcelona when he was just 13 years old.
He played in the first four years of age-based and youth teams and the last 16 years in the main team. Although he wanted to play for the Catalan club for a few more years, Barca did not sign a new contract with him due to La Liga’s financial rules and understanding of the club’s debt.
Last Thursday, PSG took the offer from Barcelona after it was revealed that they would not sign the contract.
