Kyiv on Sunday called on Moscow to withdraw Russian troops from the Ukrainian border. The country also called on the West to continue its dialogue if it is “sincere” about easing tensions.

In a Twitter message, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kulaba said that “Russia must continue its diplomatic activities and withdraw its troops along the Ukrainian border and in the country’s temporarily occupied territory.”
