The Ukrainian capital, Kiev, was hit by a series of explosions early Sunday morning. Mayor Vitaly Klitschko said.
“There have been several explosions in the Dnyetsky and Diprovsky areas of the city, and the fire brigade has brought the situation under control,” he said in a telegram.
