It is said that rain or thundershowers with gusty or wind speeds of 45-60 km per hour may occur temporarily over Khulna, Barisal, Mymensingh, and Sylhet districts from the south or southeast. Therefore, the river ports of these areas have been asked to show warning signal number 1.
According to another notification of the Meteorological Office, heavy (44-88 mm) to very heavy (89 mm or more) rainfall may occur at some places in Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions till 12 noon.
Besides, till 6 p.m. in most places of Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions; Many places of Dhaka, Khulna, Barisal, and Chittagong divisions, and a couple of places of Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions may experience light to moderate rain with gusty winds or thundershowers. At this time, the temperature may increase slightly across the country.
