On the historic 7th of March, Prime Minister and Awami League President Sheikh Hasina paid homage to the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman’s portrait.
On Thursday (March 7), at 7 am, she paid her respects to Bangabandhu’s portrait at Dhanmondi Road No. 32. Initially, as the Prime Minister, Sheikh Hasina paid homage to Bangabandhu’s portrait.
Later, as the President of Awami League, she paid homage to Bangabandhu’s portrait for the second time with the top leaders of the party.
After the Prime Minister’s homage, Awami League and its associate organizations such as Chhatra League, Jubo League, Swechchhasebak League, Sramik League, Mohila Awami League, along with various allied and fraternal organizations of Awami League paid their respects to Bangabandhu’s portrait.
