Dhaka Metropolitan North Awami League will hold a peace and development rally in Mohammadpur, the capital, tomorrow Saturday (May 11). Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has already granted permission for this rally under 18 conditions.
Dhaka Metropolitan North Awami League announced this on Friday (May 10). The rally will be held on Saturday at 2:30 PM on Ghaznabi Road in Mohammadpur.
On Thursday (May 9), DMP Deputy Police Commissioner (Operations) Abu Yusuf sent a letter regarding this to Abdul Awal Sheikh, the assistant office secretary of Dhaka Metropolitan North Awami League. The letter stated that permission for the rally was granted based on the application submitted on Wednesday (May 8), provided that certain conditions are properly followed.
