The urgent use of the Moderna vaccine has been approved by the technical committee after all the necessary tests. According to the Department of Drug Administration, eight corona vaccines have so far been approved for emergency use in the country. The eighth is the Moderna vaccine.
The Department of Health said in a statement that the Moderna vaccine can be given to people 18 years of age or older. Everyone has to take two doses of this vaccine. The second dose can be taken four weeks after the first dose of the vaccine. Its storage temperature is 15 to 25 degrees Celsius. The vaccine can be stored for 30 days at a temperature of 2-8 C and up to 12 hours at a temperature of 8-25 C before use.

A White House official was quoted by AFP as saying that the United States would begin sending 2.5 million modern vaccines to Bangladesh this week to prevent corona.
