Strict restrictions on coronavirus infections have been extended until midnight on July 14. The Cabinet Division has issued a notification in this regard on Monday.
Earlier, a notification was issued last Wednesday announcing the restrictions till July 7. These restrictions are now in force across the country. Today’s notification does not mention any new instructions. Therefore, the instructions contained in the current restrictions will remain in effect.
The decision comes amid a rise in coronavirus infections and deaths in the country over the past two weeks.
According to the Department of Health, 153 deaths from coronavirus have been reported in the latest country, the highest number in a single day.
