About 22,217 people who want to go abroad have registered for the coronavirus vaccine and about 10,000 students have been vaccinated. The rest of the registered students are also expected to get vaccinated within this month. This information has been known from the sources of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“We have extended the registration deadline to July 31 and hopefully the remaining thousands of students will register soon,” a foreign ministry official said.
The official said, a list of 19,649 out of 22,217 expatriate students registered for corona vaccination had been sent to the ICT department till noon on Wednesday. As the application of 1,211 applicants is incomplete, they have been asked to fill the application properly and send it again.
