Call to the Netherlands for investment in Bangladesh. Momen’s

Foreign Minister Dr. Minister of Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of the Netherlands Liege Schreinemacher held a bilateral meeting with AK Abdul Momen.

In a side meeting of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly at the United Nations headquarters, both the ministers discussed various bilateral issues of the two countries.

On Thursday (September 21), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that both the ministers discussed the multi-dimensional cooperative activities of the Netherlands with Bangladesh in the meeting. Foreign Minister Dr. Momen called for investment citing Bangladesh’s investment-friendly environment and high return on investment.

He said, under the visionary leadership of Sheikh Hasina, Bangladesh has achieved incredible success and progress in the socio-economic fields. The Dutch Minister of Commerce praised the economic development and progress of Bangladesh. Both the Ministers also discussed the further development of trade relations between the two countries and the further expansion of the existing areas of bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
