Sheikh Hasina said, the people of Kotalipara-Tungipara are my people. They also made my election. So thank you. I am most fortunate not to have to worry about my own space. Addressing Khaleda Zia, Awami League President Sheikh Hasina said that she was saying that we will not be able to come to power in 100 years. Earlier, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina arrived at Tungipara in Gopalganj on a two-day visit by road from Dhaka Ganobhaban via Padma Bridge.
On this day at 3 pm Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina exchanged greetings with leaders and workers of Awami League and affiliated organizations, public representatives and well-wishers at Tungipara Upazila Awami League office.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will go to Kotalipara in her constituency on Sunday afternoon. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will attend the greeting and exchange meeting organized by Kotalipara Upazila Awami League at Kotalipara Upazila Parishad Complex premises.
Leaders of Awami League, allied organizations, public representatives and Sudheejan will be present in it. Kotalipara Upazila Awami League sources said that he will give a speech as the chief guest there.
The entire Gopalganj district is covered with banners and festoons around the arrival of Sheikh Hasina. Security forces have taken strict security measures around Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s visit. The leaders and activists of Kotalipara upazila are eagerly waiting to meet the Prime Minister.
