Fighting with Taliban intensifies: Afghan Defense Minister

The Taliban launched a major offensive in a provincial capital. After that Bismillah Mohammadi, the country’s defense minister said, the war with the Taliban was intensifying. The news agency AFP reported this information.

The United States is withdrawing foreign troops from Afghanistan. Taking this opportunity, the Taliban is increasing their attacks and occupation of the area. Due to which the conflict with the army is increasing. Afghan forces are struggling to fight the Taliban.

The defense minister said, “The war with the Taliban is intensifying day by day,”. We acknowledge that this conflict has taken a critical situation more than ever before. We are in a very sensitive military situation. ” He made the remarks on Wednesday in the wake of a major attack on the Afghan capital.

The Taliban are expected to push for a return to power if foreign troops withdraw completely.

The defense minister also said “The situation in the country is not very good,”. But I want to assure everyone that we will do our best to protect the motherland and the people. In this conflict, the national forces will use all their strength and resources with the help of the local resistance forces.”
