General Secretary of Awami League and Minister of Road Transport and Bridges Obaidul Quader said, ‘There is another conspiracy on our way. This conspiracy has taken place time and again in Bengali history. Today there is a conspiracy to oust Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. He said these things while talking to reporters after paying tribute to the portrait of Bangabandhu at Dhanmondi number 32 on Mujibnagar Day on Monday (April 17). He said that there is a conspiracy against Sheikh Hasina knowing that she will be defeated in the upcoming elections. This conspiracy is going on under the leadership of the BNP. General Secretary of Awami League said that the less developed Bangladesh left by Bangabandhu is today a developing country under the leadership of his daughter Sheikh Hasina. Now is our journey, to a developed, modern, and smart Bangladesh in 2040. He also said, on Mujibnagar Day, we will move forward in the journey of a smart Bangladesh under the leadership of Bangabandhukanya. On the other hand, we will also take oath today against the political evil forces that are creating obstacles in the way of our development and prosperity. Stating that militancy must be resisted, Obaidul Quader said, communalism must be defeated. Through this, we will move towards Bangabandhu’s Golden Bengal. This is our commitment today.
