Nothing is impossible for Bangladesh: Home Minister

Home Minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal has commented that nothing is impossible for Bangladesh. In response to a question about how easy it is to bring back Rabiul alias Arav Khan, who is staying in Dubai under the name Arav Khan in an Indian passport, the minister said, “It is not impossible to bring him back.” And nothing is impossible for Bangladesh, Bangladesh can do everything.’ He said this while talking to reporters after inaugurating the Bangabandhu Corner at Police Staff College in Mirpur of the capital on Wednesday. Rabiul Islam alias Aarav Khan, the absconding accused in the police officer Mamun Khan murder case, is staying in Dubai. On Tuesday, the court sentenced him to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment in a case under Arms Act. In addition, a fine of 10,000 takas, in default of payment, another three months imprisonment has been given. Dhaka’s Sixth Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge and Metro Special Tribunal-14 Judge Murshid Ahmed’s court announced this verdict.
