Afghan war ends: Taliban spokesman

More than 70 countries have issued a statement calling for the restoration of security and law and order in Afghanistan. They also urged the Taliban to allow those who want to leave to go safely.

Meanwhile, the US State Department says its troops have secured Kabul airport.
