Fatema wins gold at National Wushu Championship

Fatema Khatun of Bangladesh Army won gold in the girls’ Changchun event at the National Wushu Championship. More than 400 Ushuka from 34 teams are taking part in 39 events of Sanda and Thaulur of the tournament.

Nazmul Hasan of Bangladesh Army won gold in the men’s Taulu Changchuan event. Nazmul lost to BKSP Arman Hossain at Mirpur Shaheed Suhrawardy Indoor Stadium today. Arman won silver in this event. In this event, Nazmul won the gold by getting maximum 9.15 points in the verdict of the judges. This is Nazmul’s sixth gold medal in the national competition. Russell Hossain of Bangladesh Army won bronze in this event.
