147 Platoon Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has been deployed to control the law and order situation across the country due to the blockade called by BNP.
Sunday (December 24) public relations officer of BGB. Shariful Islam confirmed this.
He said that 147 platoons of BGB have been deployed across the country including 16 platoons in Dhaka and surrounding districts to control the law and order situation. Besides, sufficient number of BGB platoons are on standby.
