CID Additional IG Mohammad Ali Mia has commented that there is no alternative to coordination between Bangladesh Police and the judiciary in building Smart Bangladesh.
He made these remarks at a training workshop titled “Obtaining theoretical and practical knowledge on forensic investigation” as part of the 49th foundational training course for Assistant Judges/Judicial Magistrates at the CID headquarters in Malibagh, Dhaka on Tuesday (May 7).
Mohammad Ali Mia said that CID will provide uninterrupted cooperation in judicial activities for the establishment of justice.
Meanwhile, trainees in CID have been briefed in detail about CID’s forensic services, cybercrime, financial crime, prosecution, and legal affairs. Trainees enrich themselves with scientific research and express their opinions and visit CID’s forensic labs.
Under the leadership of Senior District and Sessions Judge (Training) Sheikh Ashfakur Rahman, 70 Assistant Judges/Judicial Magistrates participated in the training workshop aimed at enhancing judicial skills. HRM and Dhaka Metro M. Mainul Hassan delivered the welcome speech at the workshop. Additional DIG (Administration) of CID Tanvir Haider Chowdhury delivered the closing speech at the training workshop.
In addition to the DIG, additional DIG, special police super, other senior officers of CID were present at the training workshop.
