Registration of Corona Vaccine starting from today: ICT Minister

Registration for the corona vaccine will begin again today, Wednesday (July 7) morning. This time 35 years and above will be able to register. State Minister for ICT Junaid Ahmed Palak told reporters on Tuesday night (July 6).

The state minister for ICT said, “We have received instructions from the health ministry. All technical preparations are over. Everyone will be able to register from tomorrow.”

Earlier, vaccinations were initially given to those involved in the medical services, including doctors, nurses and medical assistants, as well as members of the police and law enforcement agencies.

The rules for vaccination are the same as before. Register and collect the vaccine card by accessing the web portal “www.surokkha.gov.bd” or by downloading the “Surokkha” app from the Google Play Store.

After that, if the date and center of vaccination is informed through SMS on mobile phone, you have to go to the right center and get vaccinated in time.

As the coronavirus vaccination program is not covered by the lockdown, registered persons will be able to get vaccinated during the lockdown.

Officials said, If anyone wants to get vaccinated during the week-long lockdown across the country and if law enforcement asks, the vaccination card must be shown.
