The 14th session of the National Assembly is sitting today (September 1) at 5 pm. The session will begin with Speaker Dr. Shirin Sharmin Chowdhury in the chair. This session will last only four working days. Due to Corona, strict hygiene rules will be followed again.

Due to Corona, the National Assembly will meet on Friday (September 3). The session will be held at 4:30 pm on that day. Besides, the parliament will convene on September 2 and 4 at 11 am. It has been decided to end the session soon due to Corona. However, the journalists are not getting permission to enter the parliament again.

Joint Secretary of Parliament. Tariq Mahmood said it was not possible to provide passes to journalists during the session to prevent corona infection. In the public interest, all the activities of the session will be broadcast live on Sangsad Bangladesh Television.
