On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Jubo League, the Jubo League has planned a youth mass gathering at the historic Suhrawardy Udyan on November 11. Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will be the chief guest. To make this convention a success, a special extended meeting of Jubo League’s central executive committee and all branches was held at the Engineers Institution Bangladesh (IEB) auditorium in the capital on Saturday. The Chairman of the Jubo League said these things there. Jubo League general secretary Mainul Hossain Khan Nikhil presided over the extended meeting. Addressing the leaders and workers, the chairman of Jubo League said, “I hope that you will take this grand meeting as a challenge and make November 11 a success with all your abilities.” 10 sub-committees were formed from this meeting to make the meeting a success. General Secretary of Jubo League Mainul Hossain Khan said that the strong leadership in every district, metropolis, Upazila, and municipality should be shown on November 11. Apart from the central leaders of the Jubo League, the leaders of various districts were present in the extended meeting. As part of BNP’s anti-government movement, the rally is currently going on at the divisional level. The party has announced to hold a general meeting in Dhaka on December 10.
