Hajjatri registration period extended till February 6

Hajjatri registration period has been extended in public-private management. According to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Hajj pilgrims can be registered for the last time till February 6.

You are requested to complete your registration within that period.

After several extensions, the last Hajj registration period was extended till February 1.

The holy Hajj will be held on June 16 (9th Zilhaj of 1445 Hijri) subject to moon sighting. One lakh 27 thousand 198 people from Bangladesh can perform Hajj this year. Out of this, 10 thousand 198 people can perform Hajj through government and 1 lakh 17 thousand people privately.

So far 4 thousand 165 people have registered through government and 75 thousand 697 people through private channels.

According to the ministry, within this period, the initial registration can be done by depositing two lakh five thousand rupees or the final registration can be done by paying the full amount of the package.

After the initial registration, the remaining value of the package must be deposited in the same bank by February 29 to complete the final registration. Otherwise Hajj cannot be performed this year and the amount paid will not be refunded.
