Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said, the construction work of the Bus Rapid Transit ‘BRT’ project will be completed in December next year.

“Under the BRT project, a total of 20.50 km of corridors including 4.5 km of elevated roads, 6 flyovers and 25 BRT stations will be constructed,” he said.

At the time, the Secretary of the Department of Road Transport and Highways. Nazrul Islam, Bridge Department Secretary Abu Bakkar Siddique, Chief Engineer of Roads and Urban Development Department Abdus Sabur and other officials were present.
