Confiscated weapons are being shipped from the US to Ukraine

The United States is sending Ukraine thousands of weapons and missiles from Iran. It is believed that Ukraine urgently needs these arms for the war. The U.S. Central Command has already dispatched over a million missiles and more than a million rifles to Ukraine. These weapons were sent out this Monday.

According to the Central Command’s information, these weapons were obtained from Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Ukraine required these arms and missiles for deployment.

The ownership of these dispatched weapons and missiles has been transferred through official channels, with the involvement of the U.S. Department of Justice and defense personnel. They are making efforts to find ways to transport these weapons and missiles to Ukraine.

As per the Central Command’s information, they were seized from a vessel named Marwan-1 on December 9, 2022.

In the past year, the American Navy has confiscated several thousand rifles and over a million missiles from Iran. These weapons were sent to Houthi rebels through small vessels from Iran, as claimed by the U.S. Navy.

The confiscated weapons from Iran are being sent to Ukraine, as revealed by Jonathan Lord, the Director of a Center for New American Security.

Two complaints have been filed this year against obtaining weapons and missiles from Iran, through the Ministry. One in July and the other in March.

This information was published in a column, where Jonathan Lord, a Director of an institution, disclosed it. Through this information, it is conveyed that these weapons and missiles are being sent to Ukraine, but it is not possible to fulfill this need entirely.
